Betances Family Apartments featured in Architect's Newspaper

Betances Family Apartments in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood which Think! recently completed has been featured in The Architect’s Newspaper. Designed for Lemle & Wolff Development Company, Alembic Community Development and The Bridge, the project offers 101 deeply affordable homes over 15 stories including 70 units for low to moderate-income families and 30 set aside for previously homeless individuals including veterans.
